Sam Castellani, MD, Medical Director
 |
Dr. Castellani obtained
his Board Certification in Psychiatry and Neurology in 1978.
He graduated from Michigan State University in 1965, and
Wayne State Medical School in 1969. He completed his residency
in Psychiatry at Duke University in 1975.
He has held several
leadership and academic positions, including attaining Full
Professorship with tenure at the University of Kansas, Wichita
in 1986, and serving as Medical Director of Tennessee Christian
Medical Center from 1989 to 1991. He has been in private
practice of General Psychiatry from 1989 to the present.
He has special training in decompression treatment of spinal
disease and Neurology.
Dr. Castellani’s
major interest is the profound interrelationship between
physical and mental disorders, body and mind, and their underlying
biochemical mechanisms. |

Letita “Tish” Wright,
PT received her Bachelor of Physical Therapy from
Indiana University Medical Center, Indianapolis, Indiana.
She brings over 4 decades of physical therapy experience in both inpatient and
outpatient settings to the Spina Health Center. In addition to patient treatment,
Ms. Wright served in both administrative and consulting capacities within the
physical therapy field.
Her long-standing reputation within our region for quality physical therapy care
and her expansive expertise in diagnostics and treatment greatly enhances the
positive outcomes of the Accu-SPINA IDD Therapy® program. |

Janice D. Fansler, LPTA, has
been in the Physical Therapy field for over 20 years. She
earned both a bachelor degree in secondary education and
an associates degree in Allied Health and is a Licensed Physical
Therapy Assistant. Working in inpatient, outpatient, and
skilled nursing facilities, Ms. Fansler has extensive expertise
in neurological, orthopedic, geriatric and head trauma injuries,
as well as back and neck cases.
Ms. Fansler works closely with the Spina Health Center patients
on the day-to-day treatment while each is in the program.
