After much research, Dr. Castellani selected the Accu-SPINA™ machine, which produces Intervertebral Differential Dynamics (IDD) Therapy®, and is the most advanced state of the art device on the planet for treating back disease. It uses precise computer technology to adjust angle, pressure and timing, target specific disc levels, and sensitively accommodate each individual patient’s disease and needs.

IDD treatment is combined with high quality Physical Therapy administered by either a Registered Physical Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, to provide very important adjunctive treatment to accompany the IDD process. Patients are given specific home instructions for activities, exercises and rest both during and after the IDD treatment course.
